Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Services Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Services Attendant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch parking services to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • To find a suitable parking space for guests and park their vehicles in designated areas while following all traffic laws
  • To retrieve guest vehicles from the designated parking area and return them to the correct location
  • To assess and document any vehicle damage before taking possession of the vehicle
  • To provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns related to parking services
  • To assist with unloading guest luggage and directing traffic in the parking area as needed
  • To collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year related work experience
  • Valid Driver's License (Professional 1, 2)
  • Techincal or Vocational Course Graduate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
