At Professional Parking Group, we are seeking a skilled Parking Attendant to join our team.

The Parking Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by finding suitable parking spaces for guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
    • Assess and document vehicle damage before taking possession
    • Record the location of the parking space and the number on the valet ticket
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests and assist with unloading their luggage
    • Direct traffic in the parking area as needed
    • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests
    • Park vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot while following all traffic laws
    • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Technical or vocational course graduate
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Licenses:
    • Valid Driver's License (Professional 1, 2)
  • Others:
    • Able to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
    • Willing to stay beyond working hours until tasks are completed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: 12 hour shift Monday to Sunday
