We are seeking a skilled Parking Attendant to join our team at the Professional Parking Group.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position with a 12 hour shift schedule from Monday to Sunday.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year related work experience and a valid driver's license (Professional 1, 2).
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • They will also be required to assess and document any vehicle damage, record parking space locations, and provide instructions to guests on how to check and claim their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot while following all traffic laws.
  • Operating vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Collecting and accurately labeling keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
  • DIRECTING TRAFFIC IN THE PARKING AREA AS NEEDED AND ASSISTING GUESTS IN ENTERING AND LEAVING THE PARKING LOT.

Requirements:

  • A technical or vocational course graduate.
  • A minimum of 1 year related work experience.
  • A valid Driver's License (Professional 1, 2).
