Job Description

You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with customers through empathetic listening and tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong understanding of CRM systems and practices, preferably with experience working remotely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' contact center experience within the last 2 years
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in French and English (B2 level)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
