Job Description

The Associate Director role is a key position in the organization's business development and sales function.

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement effective call center strategies and operations that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

  • Key responsibilities include planning and implementing call center operations, improving systems and processes, managing staff, and developing customer interaction and voice response systems.
  • The Associate Director will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, and managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
  • This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of Sr. Manager/Associate Director experience in the BPO Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

Additionally, you will need to be willing to work onsite and have experience handling multiple Telco programs is preferred.
