Job Summary:

As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends. You will compare performance against previous months/years, analyze reservations (confirmed/cancelled), account development, and Airbnb quality scores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.
  • Performance Analysis: Compare performance against previous months/years to identify areas of improvement.
  • Reservation Management: Analyze reservations (confirmed/cancelled) and account development.
  • Listing Management: Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb & Booking.com.
  • Listing Setup and Optimization: Set up and optimize new listings (content, pricing, images, co-host onboarding).
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to the CEO including policy, price, and payment changes; create presentations, reports, and one-off creatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com (and ideally Guesty).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability in listing creation, optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Communication: Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals.
  • Multitasking: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
