A highly skilled professional is sought after to assume the role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our organization.

About the Role

This SME position requires an individual with exceptional skills and expertise to work behind the scenes, providing real-time training, expert guidance, and world-class support to our virtual marketing assistants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing queries and resolving tool-based issues via internal chat, troubleshooting problems in various marketing tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate support to virtual marketing assistants via internal chat, addressing their queries and resolving tool-based issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems in various marketing tools, including Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, and more.
  • Assist in escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods.
  • Develop resources, such as how-to guides, videos, and SOPs, to address recurring knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify.
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Able to explain complex tools in simple terms.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders.
