Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Purchasing Professional to join our team as an Administrative Purchasing Specialist.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for managing purchasing activities, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring seamless procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor stock levels, update internal databases, and identify necessary purchases.
  • Research potential suppliers, establish communication with existing vendors, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Update records of invoices and contracts with current suppliers.
  • Prepare, monitor, and liquidate costs related to customs and trade regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in purchasing or a related field.
  • College graduate degree.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Information

The estimated monthly salary for this role is between Php12,000.00 and Php13,500.00, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
