Grocery Store Associate

The Sanford Marketing Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Store Associate to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive a positive shopping experience by assisting them with their purchases and providing support whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in unloading groceries from the cart and ensure a smooth checkout process.
• Bags/Boxes customer's purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Delivers customer's purchases to store loading/unloading area in a timely manner.
• Provides cashier support by doing requests such as price check of items unreadable by the scanner at the checkout counter.
• Maintains clean and orderly check stand and checkout area, with baskets or shopping carts free of debris.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You should also be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

Estimated Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
