Job Overview
This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can assist us in maintaining high standards of procurement practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage the purchasing process to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain management.
- Source and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and competitiveness.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor and report on procurement activities, including budget performance, vendor compliance, and inventory management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and incoterms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Estimated Salary Range
PHP 30,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
