Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Analyst, Consumer Quality Support.

This role involves providing quality analysis on member enquiries and contributions, coordinating with members to resolve data discrepancies, supporting dispute resolution and managing member issues. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of our yearly target revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in quality analysis of member interactions.
  • Coordinate with members to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support dispute resolution and manage member complaints.
  • Contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex functions.
  • A working knowledge of SQL, Python and automation/database tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a background in technical communications.
  • Interpersonal skills to bridge business and technical environments.
