Remote Consumer Services Representative

This is a remote work position, and you will be one of the key members of our consumer services team.
As an executive assistant, your primary responsibilities include conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- You will comprehend how we do things with clients and ensure they are getting their money's worth.
- Conduct basic provider data research and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in phone conversations with clients balancing a professional tone with a casual approach.
- Jot down notes from client conversations in a clear and concise manner.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing situations while maintaining productivity.
- Stay focused on meeting deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Identify and execute new ideas that drive success.
- Manage your time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 1-year BPO experience preferably in a work-from-home environment.
- Keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools.
- Able to multitask and think creatively.
