Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets, gaining a deep understanding of market trends, and building strong relationships with customers to maintain a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively present and demonstrate their value to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
• Participate in sales activities such as trade exhibits, conferences, and product launches to showcase our offerings and build brand awareness
• Collaborate with customers to address project-related issues and ensure their satisfaction
• Manage customer relationships to ensure they remain satisfied while adhering to our company policies and procedures
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities and threats
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports in a timely manner
• Represent our company in a professional and respectful manner, maintaining a positive company image and reputation
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field (non-board passer accepted)
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ELV/Auxiliary Systems industry
• Strong background in lead generation and marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and persistent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on goal achievement
