Job Overview

Technical Solution Architect Position

The company seeks a Technical Solution Architect to lead the development of technical solutions that meet client requirements.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality assurance of client-facing documents, including proposals and methodology literature, to ensure that the proposed solution meets client requirements.
  • Collaboration with Solution Design Team members to agree on deliverables as part of the internal sign-off process (QA).
  • Triage of client requirements to assign the correct resources for technical scoping opportunities.
  • Gathering information to create a comprehensive scope of requirements that can be communicated back to clients.
  • Providing technical solution support to multiple opportunities while aligning with high-value accounts to generate in-depth knowledge and relationships.
  • Escalation and support team for delivery consultants when they engage with customers in a solutions capacity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to read technical content such as network diagrams (HLD/LLD).
  • Proven ability to manage client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong document-writing skills.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
  • Presentation, confidence, proactivity, and articulation.
