We are seeking a creative and performance-driven designer to play a pivotal role in scaling our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a significant impact on our paid ads and social visual identity.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in design, preferably in performance or growth environments, and a portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives and social content targeting business-to-business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-converting creatives for digital campaigns (static & motion)
  • Create standout visuals for social media channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new ideas quickly
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in design, ideally in performance or growth environments
  • A portfolio showcasing digital ad creatives and social content targeting B2B audiences
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Motion design or animation expertise
  • Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Ability to design for both B2B and consumer audiences
  • Experience working in startups or scaleups, or in creative agencies
