Job Title: Business Process Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the implementation of our revenue cycle technology suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design documentation for Visio, incorporating best practice recommendations from our suite of products.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode for our development and QA teams.
  • Analyze user acceptance testing results to identify errors and implement solutions.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to the project team.
  • Support clients utilizing our suite of products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation to ensure accurate programming of business processes.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Proven capability in documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications and MS Excel/MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
