Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support our growing support team, assisting in various administrative tasks such as data compilation, onboarding new team members, creating Webex sessions, and issue monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and organize data, documents, and information
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members, including equipment, access, and account requests
  • Create Webex sessions for team and client meetings and maintain the Support Wiki
  • Assist in project coordination, task tracking, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Monitor issues and track team investigation and resolution to closure
  • Provide general administrative support, including calendar maintenance and TBA preparation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Ability to work on various administrative tasks with flexibility
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong coordination, monitoring, and communication skills
  • Focused and detail-oriented team player
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and render overtime when needed
