Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead daily vendor qualification operations, overseeing vendor selection, assessments, and qualifications. This includes managing audit schedules, quality metrics, and reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily vendor qualification operations;
  • Overseeing vendor selection, assessments, and qualifications;
  • Acting as subject matter expert in internal forums and vendor-related meetings;
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners;
  • Contributing to broader QA activities;
  • Driving process improvement by reviewing procedural documentation;

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company or CRO focused on clinical trials;
  • Strong knowledge of CRO / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Vendor Management Quality Assurance activities;
  • Strong background in QA and GxP auditing, especially GCP;
  • Critical thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset;
  • Ability to travel across the region if required;
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare disciplines (MSc or PhD desirable).

This role requires a strong focus on process improvement, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in vendor management and QA auditing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
