Senior QA Automation Lead Job Description

You will spearhead the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products. Your leadership will define best practices, elevate QA standards, and guide the team in delivering a seamless user experience.

  • Lead testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated test scripts simulating end-to-end user interactions.
  • Maintain and enhance automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations for continuous testing.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the QA team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years experience in manual and automation testing with 1 year team leadership experience.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Automated testing skills in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
