About the job

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data processes to support seamless access, analysis, and decision-making across the company. This role bridges the gap between technical data teams and business operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient controls of data processing systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Data Management:
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues like duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
  • Manage existing data pipelines to collect data from ingestion, processing, and distribution across different systems.
  • Perform trend analysis on operational processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot data and reporting systems, including simple administrative tasks.
  • Own and process automated BAU processes, act as first-level incident support analysts, and maintain Ops Manual for ease of issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any IT or Computer related course preferably Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or Statistics related
  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of basic SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
