Job Description

The role of a data developer is to design and build data systems that provide meaningful insights.

Key responsibilities include creating data models, building data transformations using SQL Server integration services (SSIS), developing SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to be used during the ETL process.

Additionally, the job involves documenting solutions, including data models, configurations, and setup, as well as developing data warehouses and working with SSIS and SSRS reporting.

The data developer will also implement business requirements through reports that support decision-making, analyze the current ETL process, and define new systems.

Furthermore, the role requires collaborating with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis.
  • Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
