Key Performance Analyst

The role of the Key Performance Analyst is to gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends in market performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. This involves using statistical tools and methods to process and interpret large datasets, and utilizing Business Intelligence platforms to create visualizations that are understandable to a broad audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Ensure the overall health of databases by improving and maintaining data accuracy and relevance, managing data imports, and ensuring uniqueness of records within CRM systems.
  • Account Profiling: Create detailed account profiles through gathering insights and data about target accounts to inform and personalize marketing/sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and present findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand, engage, and influence stakeholders to ensure their needs are addressed, building strong rapport with key parties.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze gaps and opportunities, driving collaboration and results.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, refining targeting strategies and messaging.
