Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nityo Infotech in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to provide exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling attendance, managing testers, and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage daily tasks and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Provide team support and assist with various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bank exposure is an advantage.
  • Willingness to be flexible with location.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
