We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Open Look Business Solutions Inc. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.


About You


To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in email marketing, with experience in creating compelling email content, tracking metrics, and managing subscriber lists. Proficiency in marketing automation technology such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, and/or Hubspot is essential. Additionally, you should have strong project management skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities



  • Create campaign emails that effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience
  • Proofread emails to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and proper spelling
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance using specialized tools
  • Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences, and tailor email content to each segment

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and marketing automation technology
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with benefits packages such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, and HMO

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
