Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business growth, including talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Management Teams to design and implement labor relations strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Provide guidance on effective coaching and counseling to managers and employees.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law in the Philippines and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A college degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role, is also required.

  • Significant experience as a human resources generalist, including responsibility for COE functions mainly in HR Dashboard and Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and function well in a team and matrix environment.
