Position Overview

The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting business leaders by providing strategic HR guidance, improving workplace policies, and fostering a positive employee experience. This role focuses on talent management, compliance, employee relations, and process improvement while building strong partnerships with leadership teams. The ideal candidate has experience in a client-facing or multi-site HR role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions that align with company goals.
  2. Advise on best practices in talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
  3. Develop and implement policies, training programs, and HR initiatives to support organizational growth.
  4. Handle workplace investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  5. Provide data-driven insights to improve HR processes and workforce planning.
  6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies meet business needs.
  7. Stay up to date on employment laws and industry trends to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of HR experience at a strategic level.
  3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  4. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location, or client-focused HR role preferred.
