Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Captain to serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Client Experience Manager and the People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • People Management: Oversee the performance and well-being of team members.
  • Growth and Development: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Logistics: Coordinate tasks and ensure seamless execution.
  • Internal Coordination: Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
  • External Communications: Represent the team externally and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Three years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Experience supporting SaaS products or troubleshooting experience.
  • A general understanding of Presentation Software or Web-based apps.
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn about Data Science and Machine Learning.
