
Project Coordinator Role

As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project delivery.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams. Additionally, you will own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp, ensuring timely completion of projects.
You will work closely with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics. Your expertise will help foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution across all project stakeholders. Moreover, you will champion transparency by maintaining open lines of communication with team members, ensuring that everyone is informed about project progress and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives;
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies;
- Identify and resolve blockers, escalating issues when necessary;
- Monitor and report on project performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes;
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes;
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban;
- Proven track record of managing technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Deep familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and other collaborative tools.
