The Training Manager serves a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to employees and agents. Effective collaboration with department heads is crucial to identifying training needs and creating tailored programs that address them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments
  • Create customized training materials and resources
  • Deliver engaging training sessions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Coordinate training sessions efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities
Essential Qualifications:
  • College graduate with a degree in human resources, psychology, communication, business administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably in a non-life insurance environment
  • Profound knowledge of non-life insurance products and services
  • Expertise in creating tailored training materials for diverse audiences and learning objectives
  • Proficiency in presentation and design tools such as Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident personality
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
