Direct Response Marketing Expert

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.
Your primary focus will be on creating high-performing ad concepts for Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to understand customer pain points, desires, and objections, and use this insight to craft compelling ad copy and creative briefs that capture the attention of our target audience.
In addition to your creative skills, you will also be responsible for analyzing performance data and iterating on ad creative to improve conversions. You will source content from user-generated content creators across various platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces.
As a seasoned professional in direct response or performance creative roles, you possess a deep understanding of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology. Your strong direct response copywriting ability, particularly for Meta video ads, has yielded proven results in the past.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to leverage AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality. You should thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment where autonomy is valued, and clear KPIs drive decision-making. A strong grasp of fundamental marketing principles and avatar-specific messaging is essential.
