We are seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of programs that enhance the overall employee experience within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that drive retention and productivity.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business needs.
- Administer employee benefits and manage payroll-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws by developing and reviewing HR policies.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any degree course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Expertise in training and must be knowledgeable in assessing training needs, developing training objectives, preparing training materials, evaluating training efficiency, and maintaining training records.
- Experience in a manufacturing set-up, in multiple locations, is an advantage.
