Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any degree course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related field.

  • Expertise in training and must be knowledgeable in assessing training needs, developing training objectives, preparing training materials, evaluating training efficiency, and maintaining training records.
  • Experience in a manufacturing set-up, in multiple locations, is an advantage.
