The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in employee engagement, relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders' leaders across all levels of the organization to ensure global HR strategy is localized and compliant with local laws.
  • Support documentation and delivery of HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle.
  • Serve as the main escalation point for any employee-related issues and will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program rollouts, training, and change management effectively.
  • Actively identify gaps and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Develop an attractive and well-rounded compensation and benefits package (salary, bonus, incentives, health benefits, etc.) for all roles in the organization.
  • Ensure timely processing of compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure accurate management and reporting of leave and attendance records.
  • Manage payroll processes end-to-end and coordinate with internal accounts, payroll-related vendors, and government agencies.
