Job Title: Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership

Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: Arrange meetings, appointments, and events for senior executives, ensuring efficient time management and effective communication.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, organize logistics, and ensure all necessary documents are prepared.
  • Minute Taking and Follow-up: Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deliverables.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Real Estate Support: Assist with the preparation and review of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and streamline administrative processes.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive and confidential information, including financial data and personal details, with discretion, and ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a strong background in real estate management, transactions, or development.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with real estate management software and tools.
