Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee client accounts and provide strategic financial insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Lead a team of accountants and bookkeepers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting practices.
  • Experience in property management accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio).

Preferred candidates will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
