Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our customer service initiatives. The successful candidate will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to customers, and promote new products while delivering exceptional service.
This role involves handling calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information to support customer needs, documenting interactions accurately, and guiding customers through options to find best solutions.
Requirements for this position include a high-speed internet connection, quiet work environment, and high language proficiency in English. Previous call center experience and work-from-home background are also essential.
