Our organization is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in account management, customer success, and client services for SaaS companies.
Job Description:The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients in the real estate industry. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve measurable results through our platform, while identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including real estate agencies, franchises, and enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing account strategy.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, branding, and ROI.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on account health, usage, and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
