Marketing Support Associate

This role is responsible for overseeing all marketing-related activities of the project, including events, digital initiatives, public relations, and research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of project marketing activities and sales-generating events.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and strategies for the project.
  • Establish and maintain local partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Manage local PR networks and publications.
  • Ensure availability of marketing materials (OOH, posters, flyers, brochures, digital, etc.) and selling tools of the project.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for production of marketing materials and events.
  • Conduct competitors scan and market research for new and updated information.
  • Oversee all ingress/exits exhibits and events.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and accountability list of all marketing materials and collaterals.
  • Verify that all marketing collaterals are correct and within branding guidelines prior to production and distribution to the sales team.
  • Regularly inspect project and activation sites to ensure they are properly cleaned and well maintained.
  • Arrange for repairs if necessary.
  • Process payments and liquidations to suppliers on time.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth flow and coordination of the project's activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding project inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in monthly budget monitoring.

Requirements include a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. A minimum of one year experience in a related field is preferred. The candidate must reside in Angeles City or nearby and be willing to perform fieldwork and weekend activities.
