We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility by managing social media communications and executing marketing strategies that resonate with the right audience, driving engagement and growth.

As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will:

  • Populate and manage social media calendars
  • Create engaging social media posts using Canva templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Develop social media content aligned with our brand guidelines and tone
  • Schedule and manage posts on HubSpot to maximize engagement and brand awareness
  • Conduct monthly reporting and provide insights for optimization of social media channels
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials
  • Implement a digital marketing content strategy across various channels
  • Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates
  • Update website copy for SEO and support with job ads and functionality
  • Assist in developing blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients

You'll need to bring:

  • A marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
  • Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software
  • An interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors
  • Proficiency in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva
