Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media calendar and create engaging content using design templates
  • Develop social media copy aligned with brand guidelines and tones
  • Schedule and manage posts on HubSpot to maximize engagement
  • Conduct monthly reporting and provide insights for optimization
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials
  • Implement a digital marketing content strategy across various channels
  • Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software
  • Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva
