The Role:
This position requires a strategic and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close high-value deals in the eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain industries. The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, product, and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures using CRM tools.
  • Drive high-quality lead conversion through structured outreach strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value deal closures.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, logistics technology, and supply chain management.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives, procurement, and IT decision-makers.
