Job Description

This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong background in Microsoft tools and ecosystem, as well as experience with AI and automation technologies such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and ChatGPT. You should have a solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping, and be familiar with CRM platforms and project management tools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will also have a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-driven processes that replace manual back-and-forth with automated, integrated workflows.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards to surface project metrics, trends, and progress.
  • Automate meeting notes, recaps, and action items using AI transcription tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategic solutions.
