AI Video Creator Position

We are seeking an innovative AI Video Creator & Automation Specialist to lead the implementation of AI solutions, automate workflows, and manage complex projects. This role involves collaborating with our CEO on various tasks from AI experimentation to data analysis and market research.


The Role Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive innovation in AI video creation and automation engineering. As an AI Video Creator & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance our business operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI automation projects using tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Analyze data and optimize AI workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Create engaging TikTok-style videos using avatars and AI-generated UGC (user-generated content) to replicate trending formats.
  • Conduct market research and summarize key findings to inform business decisions.
  • Run usability tests and create website mockups when needed to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and manage AI agents for business automation to streamline processes and reduce manual labor.

Requirements:
  • A strong problem-solver with excellent adaptability and a passion for AI technology.
  • Self-motivated with a test-and-learn mindset and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, and basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered video creation and UGC content generation.
  • Familiarity with avatar-generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, HeyGen).
  • Experience with video editing and TikTok-style formats.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Engineering background preferred but not required.
