Job Summary

 

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional recruitment services that meet the client's expectations and exceed their requirements. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

 

As a senior recruiter, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that achieve their goals. Your expertise in back-office administration, document management, communication support, scheduling and coordination, supplies and equipment management, and compliance assistance will be invaluable in delivering outstanding results.

 

Responsibilities

 

Administrative Support

You will oversee daily administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This will involve monitoring and managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to minimize operational disruptions.

 

Communication and Coordination

You will assist with internal and external communications by preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with healthcare professionals. This will also involve managing calendars, appointments, and logistics for meetings and healthcare activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.

 

Document Management and Compliance

You will organize and maintain patient and staff records, securely handling sensitive information in compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also support compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements, assisting in audits and maintaining up-to-date records.

 

Qualifications

 

Education and Skills

You must hold a graduate degree in any discipline and possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written). You should have great attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and technical savvy. Proficiency in MS Office and experience using the internet and social media channels are essential.

 

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently. You should have strong analytical skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
