Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Territory Manager to join our sales team at the Pro-Life Healthcare System Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve territory sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve territory sales targets.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and community organizations to establish trust and credibility.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales approaches.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Provide training and support to new team members and stakeholders about our services and pro-life initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management or related field.
  • Experience: With or without experience, but preferably with proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
