Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting software applications, as well as documenting business rules and technical processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings to develop design documentation using best practice recommendations.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and problem solve.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations.
  • Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the Development and QA Teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Able to understand complex software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
