Structural Detailer Position

We are seeking a skilled Structural Detailer to join our team. As a detailer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of models used in structural design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed drawings and Revit models that meet industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on own work and project models.
  • Execute complex model execution tasks involving intricate geometry.
  • Verify construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create custom families and special conditions as needed.
  • Present complex considerations using 3D views.
  • Maintain BIM content standards and development procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and complete drawings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • Minimum 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M).
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (3+ years).
  • Working knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft highly preferred.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
