Customer Service Representative Job Summary
This role requires an individual to provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be proficient in resolving customer complaints and providing accurate product and service information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service.
About This Opportunity
This is a full-time position that requires sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement around the office may be required to accomplish tasks.
