Job Overview

At Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Support Staff Liaison to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to make a difference in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

As a Support Staff Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and staff members alike. Your duties will include handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. You will also be responsible for providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

You will use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Additionally, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail, and anticipating the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least a college graduate degree. Previous sales experience is preferable but not required. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
