About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office and Admin Staff at Gobindra essentials. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Directors and Department Heads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to Executive Directors and Department Heads
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

Working Conditions:

• Willing to be assigned at Cubao, Quezon City
