Financial Operations Analyst Role

This Financial Operations Analyst position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with financial data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve business processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Analysis: Review and analyze financial reports, statements, and other relevant documents to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Credit Management: Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring timely payment and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Cash Application: Apply customer payments to the correct invoices and reconcile any discrepancies or errors.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
